DELF and DALF Graduation Ceremony – Class of 2025

On Thursday, April 30, 2026, the Cultural Space of the Alliance Française de Montréal hosted a memorable and emotional evening: the DELF–DALF diploma ceremony, celebrating candidates from the 2025 examination sessions.

This special event brought together successful candidates, their families, and the Alliance Française team to celebrate a significant milestone — the successful completion of internationally recognized French diplomas.

A community effort behind every success

The event was attended by official examiners and supervisors from DELF–DALF examination sessions, whose ongoing commitment plays a key role in supporting candidates throughout the examination process.  Before the diploma presentation and speeches, the evening also featured an interactive icebreaker activity led by Emeline Pasquet, in charge of Operations at AFMTL.

The event was attended by Christophe Brayet, General Director of the Alliance Française de Montréal, and Maud Bachelard, in charge of the teaching team. The ceremony also featured speeches by:

  • Aïcha El Azrak, Head of DELF–DALF Central Management at the Embassy of France in Canada
  • Marianne Lépinoit, President of the Board of the Alliance Française de Montréal
  • Kelly Goudin, in charge of Group Courses and Certifications

Their speeches highlighted the importance of DELF–DALF diplomas as both personal and professional achievements, as well as their growing presence in Canada and the importance of supporting candidates throughout their French learning journey.

“Since the Alliance Française de Montréal’s testing center was established in 2024, we have already supported more than 650 candidates. Our growth has been rapid, well-structured, and, above all, driven by genuine expertise. What makes this testing center so strong is its ability to cater to all audiences.” — Aïcha El Azrak

A celebration of achievement and dedication

The ceremony brought together 20 certified DELF–DALF graduates representing all levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), from beginner (A1) to advanced mastery (C2).

During the evening, each graduate also had the opportunity to take an individual photo with Marianne Lépinoit and Aïcha El Azrak, creating a memorable moment to celebrate this milestone together. Each diploma reflects not only a level of proficiency, but also a journey of dedication, discipline, and passion for the French language.

“This certificate opens doors for your studies, your career, and your future plans. It’s a great achievement, and you can be proud of it.” — Kelly Goudin, Director of Group Courses and Certifications

Surrounded by their loved ones, the DELF–DALF certificate holders celebrated this accomplishment in a warm and inspiring atmosphere.
