Responsibilities<\/span><\/h4>\n

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Exam Proctor\/IT Support Technician will assist with exam proctoring activities and the management of the organization\u2019s IT equipment.<\/p>\n

The exam proctor\/IT support technician is responsible for providing technical assistance to users and for diagnosing and resolving IT issues. He or she ensures that the company\u2019s equipment, software, and networks function properly, while providing high-quality customer service. <\/p>\n

The exam proctor\/IT support technician plays a key role in the smooth operation and success of the association by ensuring that quality objectives and missions are met effectively and efficiently, while upholding the association\u2019s values as defined in the Alliances Fran\u00e7aises charter.<\/p>\n

The duties of the Exam Proctor\/IT Support Technician<\/strong> will include, but are not limited to, the following:<\/p>\n
